For being a WIP I must say it´s very impressive. What I like most and I think I speak for many when I say. We Love that pose, and her face is absolutely lovely. For the background I can say that they are in a Hospital and the patient is so fucking that he needs a "special treatment". I cant wait to see the final version, the wait will be long but sure it will worth it. For last but not less important, the tie is a good complement, but I think it would look better without it, I am just saying.
